6 November - IAWB Annual Mass
The Irish Australian Welfare Bureau & Resource Centre NSW Inc will hold their Annual Mass at The Sacred Heart Chapel, Rookwood Cemetery for the deceased members of the Irish community. The mass commences at 2pm. A mini bus will be running to this event from the City. Seats are limited. Please ring 9300 8019 to book a place.

This will be a big night with a very strong lineup of visiting and local performers, including: Siobhan O'Donnell (singer, bodhran, fiddler Co Sligo) & friends Louise Phelan (fiddler Co Laois, resident music teacher) & Ben Stephenson (flute, guitar from band Trouble in the Kitchen) Ian McKenzie - playing the Sydney Harrington set of Irish pipes (madeearly 1800s) with Chris Cole (fiddle) Plus set dancers.
